Accuweigh supplies Saimo beltweighers to Solomon Islands ACCUWEIGH says it is supplying two Saimo beltweighers to a Solomon Islands client, who will use them to totalise the product weight of phosphate being extracted from Naru Island. Accuweigh says the two Saimo beltweighers replace existing beltweigher integrators from another brand. The client decided to phase out the old units because it could no longer source spare parts for them. According to Accuweigh, Saimo is a leading manufacturer of beltweighers which are reliable and accurate, and easy to install, operate and maintain. The Saimo 6000 series beltweigher integrator has a 32-bit microprocessor and a 24-bit A/D converter. It has a man-machine dialogue system for operation and calibration, self-diagnostics and high/low limit alarms. |
