worldwide. In response to nowaday's increased demand of flexibility,
we manufacture a full line of coal feeders with belt width customized
from 500mm to 1400mm, and belt length from 2 meters to 38 meters.
The hermetical housing, fabricated from quality structural steel,
is capable of withstanding 0.35Mpa explosion pressure.
Precision and reliability is achieved by merging Saimo latest
in-motion weighing technology and the specially designed digitial
controller. Especially, Saimo patented In-process Auto-zeroing
(IPAZ) technology contributes to the system control accuracy
by means of realtime compensation during normal operation.
The full-suspension weighbridge, integrated with Saimo series
6000 digital controller, is well committed to your requirement
for long term accuracy and stability. Many advantageous features
are incorporated into the controller, such as indication of
instant flowrate, totalization, difference from the setpoint,
operation status and alarms as well. The controller can also
be configured to communicate with DCS remotely. |
